As part of our growth, we are looking for an electrical design technician to strengthen our design office. We carry out high value-added electrical installations: high-end private homes, renovations and new builds, commercial premises (restaurants, shops, medical centres, offices), boiler rooms and plant rooms, photovoltaics, EV charging stations, home automation and building management systems.

Your duties

Reporting to the manager, you will be involved in:

• Producing electrical plans for homes and commercial buildings
• Drawing boiler rooms and plant rooms
• Laying out electrical equipment
• Updating construction drawings
• Producing simple single-line and synoptic diagrams
• Technical studies and preparing construction documents

A training and support period is planned to help you gradually master our methods and tools.

Your profile

• Beginners welcome with initial experience or a successful work-study placement; ideally 1 to 3 years’ experience
• Basic knowledge of building electrics and good computer skills
• Driving licence (B) appreciated
• Reliable, motivated, technically curious and keen to learn

Conditions

• Possible occasional periods of up to 42 hours during peak activity
• Indicative salary: around €1,800 net per month for a profile with 3 years’ experience, adjusted according to skills and autonomy

At least 3 years’ experience · Electrical engineering training (Bac to Bac+3) or building trade sales background · Driving licence (B) essential
Salary: €34,000 to €48,000 gross/year (fixed + variable based on gross margin)

To support our growth, we are creating a key position: a technical sales representative dedicated to developing sales and building our services and maintenance offer. You will report directly to the manager.

Sales and business development

• Carry out technical site visits (new builds and renovations): assessment of the existing installation, advice, compliance checks
• Prepare accurate quotes (electrical, solar, home automation, EV charging stations) while respecting the company’s margins
• Negotiate, defend and close commercial proposals
• Hand over clear technical files to our electricians

Structuring and selling the maintenance offer

• Help build our catalogue of maintenance, troubleshooting and technical audit services
• Design and sell preventive and corrective maintenance contracts (electrical installations, photovoltaics, home automation, commercial lighting)
• Retain our long-standing customers and include these contracts in offers to new customers

Your profile

• A rigorous technician and profit-minded negotiator
• Solid knowledge of general electrical work and of the French NF C 15-100 standard
• Experience selling service, maintenance or after-sales contracts is a strong asset
• Excellent people skills, perseverance and a consultative approach

• Fixed salary of €26,000 to €36,000 gross/year depending on your autonomy
• Variable pay of 3% to 5% of the gross margin on your sales (potential of €4,000 to €12,000/year, uncapped)
