Our expertise
Power failure? Our electricians respond quickly
No power in part of the house, a circuit breaker or RCD that keeps tripping, sockets or lights that no longer work… Ain’Tension Électricité tracks down the cause of the fault and safely restores your installation.
We work for private individuals, businesses, co-ownerships and local authorities across the Bugey and surrounding areas, with our own salaried, qualified electricians.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What should I do while waiting for the electrician?
If you notice a burning smell, smoke or overheating, switch off the main circuit breaker, unplug any suspect appliances and do not touch damaged parts. In case of immediate danger, call 18 or 112.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Our call-outs take place Monday to Friday, during agency opening hours (8:30 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 5:30 pm). Call us as early as possible to be scheduled quickly.
Why does my RCD keep tripping?
Most often because of a faulty appliance, damp getting in (outdoor socket, junction box) or an insulation fault on a circuit. A diagnosis identifies the exact cause.
