Armoire de régulation pour une chaufferie collective Chanaz 73310

Our company was commissioned to build a control panel for a communal boiler room in Chanaz (Savoie).

Construction of a control panel for a communal boiler room, in partnership with Rey Frères.

This installation was entirely designed, wired, programmed and commissioned by our teams to control and supervise the boiler room.

Main work carried out:
• Creation of a dedicated supply from a 36 kVA four-pole electricity contract.
• Running the power line in trunking through the common areas down to the plant room.
• Design and manufacture of the control panel in our workshops.
• Production of the single-line diagrams and all the technical documentation.
• Integration of 230 V and 24 V supplies with presence monitoring.
• Low water monitoring by reading a pressure switch.
• Monitoring of control faults.
• Monitoring of the heat pump’s main power supply.
• Installation of control selectors for each Grundfos MAGNA3 circulator.
• Installation and connection of the outdoor sensor and of the strap-on sensors on the heating flow pipes.
• Complete programming of the Siemens controller with ACS software.
• Configuration of the control functions and safety devices.
• Override mode for commissioning, with outdoor temperature simulation to validate the start-up of the circulators.
• Full functional tests on site.
• Checking the safety devices, the emergency stop button and all the indicator lights.
• Integration of a “lamp test” function that lights all the indicators at once to check they work properly.
• Handover to the customer of the single-line diagrams and the panel’s technical file.
